As I have mentioned on my Professional page, I am very interested in developing skills with Objective C - the primary programming language of Mac OS X. In order to do that, I am writing small applications that I find useful for myself. The first of these is an app that lets me send growl notifications from my Windows machines. It works very well but is written quite specifically for me, so I am not redistributing it.

If you find any bugs or have any requests, please write to me via the contact page. If your requests are simple enough I will be sure to add them :)

Finally, if you wish to make a donation to my cause, the paypal button is in the sidebar :)

Yield 1.0

Because I have an interest in property development, I have written myself a small program to quickly calculate a property's yield. The program is simply called Yield. If you are interested in trying it out, then you can download it here (it is 78k). Just mount the dmg and drag the app to your Applications directory.

Boniface 1.0

Boniface is an application that generates iTunes importable .mov files from all of your DivX .avi files. This program is for people with large DivX collections that want to keep their movie collection in iTunes. The added bonus is that this may also enable you to play your DivX movies on Apple TV (this is untested, however, as I am waiting for my Apple TV to arrive). If you want to read more information about Boniface and what it does, read the information pdf here

Download Boniface v1.0 here. If you like it, please make a donation to help me fund my ongoing Mac software development :)
